Categorization of strength impact

Hello,
I would like to know how the muscular workouts are categorized. There are 4 categories on the Suunto app: strength, speed and agility, speed and strength, flexibility.
Which sports fall under these categorizations? We have a few examples on the info button on the app but for example there is nothing for speed and agility and speed and strength is not even mentioned.
Could somebody provide me with a list of the sports that fall under the different categories? Or at least give me some examples?
