SUUNTO 9 FROZEN

I 've just bought 3 weeks ago the Suunto 9 and 3 days ago while I was navigating in different menus to select the second hour time my watch frozen.What is the situation now?
I do not know in which sub menu I am but one thing is sure is that I can only navigate between 3 screens:
-The screen where I have to select the years (2016 to 2030)
THE ONLY ACTION POSSIBLE IS TO SELECT THE YEAR BUT NO OPTION TO VALIDATED AND GO FURTHER-From this screen sliding to the left I am facing a black screen (“Year” at the top of the screen and 2 horizontal lines in the middle of the screen)
NO ACTION IS POSSIBLE ON THIS SCREEN-When sliding to the right (“Year” is still written at the top of the screen and the "return"symbol with the small arrow)
NO ACTION IS POSSIBLE ON THIS SCREENI 've send an email to SUUNTO support end of last week but no answer! Thank you for your support while waiting for answers from you

Unfortunately this forum is the Sunto App beta test forum and not a watch support forum.
No one from Suunto support read this directly and except for @Jouko-from-Suunto, there are no Suunto employee hereThat said, have you already tried to “soft” reset the watch pressing the upper button for 12 seconds ?

@WAPITI05 use 12s upper button to reset. Looks like memory corruption. A reset also via suuntolink could help.

It seems our support is quite busy if they have not been able to reply. This sounds like a stack corruption on UI transition. The 12s reset should fix it, but I’d be really interested to hear your SW version and language you were using and so on, can you reproduce it. If you can it will be easy to fix… You could also sent log to us with Suuntolink or Suunto app and ping me about the time you did sent the logs and the watch serial number.
