All data from watch disappeared

Hi,
My watch Suunto 9 Baro, had a black screen in the morning, even I I know it had at least half battery. It happened before few times, so I just tried to restart it, but it didn’t worked, so I connected it to computer and it started an update (however it was “update” to the same version of software), but long story short afterwards everything from my watch was erased. I have no data on the watch, but I have it in app, at least up until yesterday evening, so at leas that.
My question is, is there a way to copy data from app to watch? -

But I would contact support because it doesn’t look normal what happened (several times, you said) -
@Karolina-Bigaj When the watch reinstalls the same firmware, it does a „hard reset“ and then the „exercise memory“ is wiped. I think what happened is an acceptable way of „recovery“, and your data have been safe (in the app).
But, as @sartoric wrote, this should not happen out of the blue, and not often, so contact support.
