Activity delete accidentally

I delete accidentally my activity in suunto app.
But in my watch exist…can i sync in another way to back up my activity again?
Or i lost it?
Also i don’t have the activity in Strava to download fit.

@gerasimos you can reinstall SuuntoApp and sync again. Your current data in SA will then be synced back to your phone from cloud.

@gerasimos It is likely lost as the copy in the watch may not have all of the data. What @Likarnik suggested may work-so worth trying
