Ghost route on watch?

Logout from the app, then login again, and pair your watch.
SA should sync this ghost route from the watch, and then you could be able to toggle it off in SA and then sync.
If logout is not enough, then uninstall app.First part didn’t work. It’s not showing in SA so there’s nothing there for me to toggle on/off or delete, it’s only showing on the watch
I’ll remove the app and reinstall to see if that works

@miniforklift I would have suggested what @Mff73 said. If uninstalling the app does not work, you can send logs and I’ll report the bug out Suunto.

Thanks isazi, yeah uninstalling the app didn’t work either. Apologies for the stupid question, do I just send the logs via Suuntolink?
-
@miniforklift two ways to send logs. If you use Suuntolink send me the ID via PM, if you use the app (on Android is watch icon - three dots on top right - send logs to Suunto) send me the time (date and timezone) when you sent them, and your username on SA.

@miniforklift Add 15 routes. It should push it out.

In theory we wipe the routes from the watch and only sync back from the app now that mc is closed.
So that route should be jn tbe app. If it ain’t I can help / take a look

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos Thanks. It’s still on the watch and definitely not on the app, I sent logs through to isazi yesterday

Yeah, just seemed a lot of work to do that haha. Thanks for the reminder though

@miniforklift I filled in a bug report with Suunto

I follow … it also happened to me when I had deleted a route from the suunto app while the suunto 9 was disconnected because I was connected with the suunto 7 … the only solution was a hard reset of the suunto 9 …
