Does Training Load care about my Feelings?
-
More to the point, does my selection of how I’m “feeling” after a run impact how Suunto calculates my Acute Training Load?
I ask because if I’m consistently rating my runs as “Excellent” or “Very Good” (or even "Good), I could see it thinking that I may need to push harder to be in productive training. The description on the app says that the “Feeling” indicator is there to help keep your training on point and not to overtrain. Yet I can feel pretty crummy on a humid summer 8k and consistently feel great on December 25ks – weather plays such a vital role in my Feeling selection.

@traileyes the feeling is for you, it is not used to compute the training stress.
