Spartan Trainer unresponsive with buttons & unrecognised by Suuntolink

Fun one today. Flicked down to the HR menu, and now it’s stuck there, forever.
It won’t soft reset and Suuntolink doesn’t recognise a watch is attached for the purpose of a hard reset. I think I’m a bit stuck till it runs out of battery unless anyone has a better shout?
It solved itself with a full discharge eventually - here’s hoping it’s a one off. Feel free to lock this one.
