Spartan Sport loosing GPS and restarting mid workout

Hi everyone,

can someone help with my SSS?
Last two workouts I have problems with my watch, after 5km the watch restarts and just get back to the main screen (the watch face). After that it takes a long time to get GPS lock again.

Also after the last update 2.0.42. I notice that it lose the GPS location often. I’m using the watchface that shows sunrise and sunset (with the bar around marking daylight) and after 20-24h the bar and the sunrise/sunset times disappear.

Is there a way to reinstall the FW and resetting the watch itself? Or you think this won’t solve my problems?

Do you have both apps installed, SuuntoApp and Movescount? Are they running in the back?

I have the same problem and everything is solved just using Suunto App on the phone, and keeping Movescount via pc/mac only

I’m using both apps on Android. Will deinstall MC and just keep the SA.
I have again a 10k this Sunday, will see if the problem persists…

I hope it will be ok, because I’m attending the Hamburg half marathon on the 01.07., and this will be my first half marathon in my life
