      Hello Folks,
Having searched, there don’t appear to be many posts related to the Bike Sensor from Suunto. I’ve just bought a Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer, and am thinking of buying the bike sensor, so that I can get some information regarding speed and distance cycled.
If there are any users that have experience of using the sensor it would be great to get some feedback.
Is it any good or, do people use an alternative?
Thanks in advance for any info!
      Best regards,
      RoyM

Hi @wakarimasen, I don’t have experience with using bike pod for indoor, but I was using one on my road bike. In general all bluetooth sensors should work. Only limitation is that if you want to have both cadence&speed you need to use combo sensor as two sensors can not be paired at the same time. I personally have some wahoo with two magnets - one on crank arm and another on wheel. It is very similar to suunto original.

@wakarimasen Well, I bought one from Amazon (same price as that shown on the Suunto site) just so I could get it quicker.

First reaction: it’s a bit fiddly to set up, and the best instructions are those on youtube.

First ‘ride’ shows distance and speed data, but not cadence, so back to fiddling with the cadence sensor on the bike pedal crank.

Pairing with my S9B was a doddle though!

@wakarimasen Success! My twiddling has delivered cadence, speed and distance! Very nice indeed
