Help me to recovery my watch

I have suunto spartan watch, and I only have it for 3.5 years
when I conect it to suunto link it’s tell me to do a restart.
I am doing a restart all over again and again, I am in aloop
I did anythig and it’s not recovery.

someone can help me?
