      Hi everyone,

I am trying to set intervals with variable durations, but I cannot figure out how to do that with Spartan Ultra. Garmin can do that from within the app, but I am unsure if Suunto supports such a scenario.

In particular, I want to set the following:
      5’ warm-up
      Interval 1: 1’ pace 5:00 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 2: 2’ pace 5:30 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 3: 1’ pace 5:00 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 4: 45" pace 4:30 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 5: 45" pace 4:30 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 6: 2’ pace 5:30 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 7: 1’ pace 5:00 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 8: 45" pace 4:30 + 1’ recovery
      Interval 9: 30" maximum pace + 1’ recovery
      Interval 10: 15" maximum pace + 1’ recovery

Does anyone know how to set this up?
      Thank you,
      Gile

        It’s not possible.

Search the forum for “structured intervals” or “complex intervals” there are tons of discussions.

I’m closing this one to avoid duplicates.
