komoot and S9 baro

I try to find my answer but i don’t find the solution.
Since few days i can do bicycle with my son. Every time I plan a trip on komoot, i put my phone on my stem with a quadlock to follow it easily on a bigger screen and let turn music in the back.
At the very same time i launch activity on my S9 baro with my polar OH1 to have accurate informations.
When i finish i stop komoot and the S9 baro but it’s automatically sync SA and Komoot so i’ve a duplicate activity.Do you have a solution ?
