    Suunto 9 Failed to update, reset, send logs

      Hey!

      I can’t update my Suunto 9, it shows (“Failed to check for updates. Please check your internet connection and try again.”) neither can I reset the watch or send logs.
      I’m on 2.12.30, and SuuntoLink is 3.5.2.

      Net works ok, Bitdefender show no Suunto apps blocked.

      I’ve searched through forum and found there’s a way of manually update firmware, but no entry for bare Suunto 9 - only BARO.
      12sec button reset did nothing else but reset, problem continues.

      Any help appreciated.

        @crispy-chris try to update manually. Search in the forum to fing info

          @suzzlo Easier said than done, most of them are for Suunto 9 BARO, mine is Suunto 9 without barometer.

            Do you know which is the latest firmware file for a S9 NOT BARO. Is this the correct one http://firmware.geo.movescount.com/production/Ibiza-fw_2.14.12.3833-F.zip ?

              No, Ibiza is the baro model. The firmware for non baro is Lima!

                Any guess what’s the number after update version? 3833-F looks like S9 BARO reserved.

                          @dimitrios-kanellopoulos I could send You logs right from SuuntoLink dir.
                          suuntoapp.1.log include all update installation info.

                                @suzzlo No, I’m not. It’s just a net from a mobile provider T-Mobile, so it’s like using net through sim on phone.
                                Every other connections works ok, Bitdefender in-out for SuuntoLink and Update.exe also enabled.

                                And it did worked earlier pretty good.
