Updating Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)- Suunto 9 baro
-
I was wondering if anyone has needed to change the RMR that is default within their Suunto 9 baro? My health has changed and I am getting back into it, but just did Bod-Pod and Metabolic test. My watch has my RMR set at 1900 something, whereas the more accurate test I just took was at 1700 something. This is a large shift and changes the accuracy of the caloric expended. Has anyone found a way to update or change their RMR? Thanks in advance!
