@isazi is official e-mail, chat?
Have you any contacts of developers?
Phone support don’t respond in my country… -
@azorg
if you open the support page you should get chat, if available -
@azorg also if you use the Suunto app, you can contact support from there.

@azorg I would suggest you to contact Suunto support.
This indeed.
Although it is strange that you can flash the old firmware but not the last two. Have you also tried an older version then the one you have now?

v2.10.26 flash success only in recovery mode with reset watch (if I disconnect watch during flashing).
If I flash v2.10.26 manually (drag and drop to gear zip file) then watch freeze too on second dot… -
Is a “Reset watch” in recovery mode not the same as tell the watch to reset it’s settings to the factory default of the installed firmware? So the firmware file is never transfered to the watch.
While with the manual drop of a zip file is an actual data transfer?In brief… the watch won’t flash any firmware (current or newer).
This was exactly my case more then a year ago. Once I replaced the charging cable, my issue has been resolved.
I still use the old cable as a spare charger, but I can never use it to flash firmware onto my watch. -
@surfboomerang some times I can manual flash to 2.10.26 (1 of 5) and I see all long flashing process…
Manual update to 2.11.x and 2.12.xx freeze on second dot flashing -
@azorg
You can find a couple of old firmwares with this search.

Why not contact support?
Seems to me you have a defective watch no? -
Indeed it looks like either your watch or your cable are problematic. I would contact support and have them deal with it.
Only once, more than a year ago, I had an issue with the watch getting stuck updating and having to do full reset. It was because I was using a virtual machine and the usb device was not automatically passed through mid update.

Solve the problem! Return Suunto 9 baro (black) to shop with full refund!
I bought Sunto 9 titanium v2.11.38 and upgrade to 2.12.30. -
That’s one way to solve it
