      How should I interpret my EPOC value? On what scale or in what units is it given?

        I suspect it’s in mm/kg of oxygen, the same as vo2max but in this case it’s oxygen debt not the maximum oxygen intake. However as far as I’m aware there is no universal scale. For me it’s usually below 100 (perceived as light activity) or above 100 (perceived as hard activity).

          EPOC is a common metric, you can google it to find details, there are several explanations from the usual suspects

          It is usually measured in ml/kg
