How do I get the Strava 60 days free offer?
-
I purchased a new Suunto 9 Baro a few weeks ago and I finally decided to redeem the Strava offer only to be charged for a full month. It seemed fishy that I had to enter a credit card number to redeem it, but I know other services require a credit card before unlocking a trial.

redeem
This is usual for all apps with trial periods. If you use trial period means, that you will buy app if it suits you needs and vice versa and it does not mean that you will ONLY play with app for 60 days and (for sure) not buy anything after that period

The problem is that even though I was redeeming the offer from Suunto from the email, Strava charged me 1 full month of subscription and it says it’s going to charge me again in 1 month. Is there any chance to actually get 60 days of free Strava?

Uf, sometning went wrong.:) Send mail to Strava guys. 60 day free testing should be for all new subscribers

@zvonejan I’m not a new subscriber, I used to have Summit in the past. It’s just that Suunto 9 Baro came with this 60 days free offer and I wanted to use it for free for 2 months and then re-subscribe. I’ll try to open a ticket to Strava

Strava replied and they refunded me and set my subscription to 60 days free. All is good
