Hallo Zusammen,
kann mir wer weiterhelfen, meine Spartan Sport Black HR war auf einmal Dunkel.
Mittlerweile kann ich sie wieder Laden und der Computer erkennt sie.
Auch die Vibration geht wieder, aber das Display ist Dunkel.
Kennt das Problem wer?Danke für die Rückmeldung

du schreibst der Rechner erkennt die Uhr, sie wird also in Suuntolink angezeigt? Das Display ist dunkel, heisst es zeigt gar nichts an? Egal was du machst, anschließen, Knöpfe drucken, Touchscreen bedienen usw?

@helmut-woerz1986 Hatte ich ebenfalls vor ein paar Tagen (zum ersten und bis jetzt einzigen mal). Ich hab‘s mit einem Reset der Uhr hinbekommen (Taste rechts oben ca. 15 sek gedrückt halten). Es geht dabei nichts verloren.

Connect the watch to SuuntoLink
- Go to the right upper corner to the gear icon
- Select watches
- You will see your watch name there
- Press many times on the watch name
- A “checkbox” will appear that will say: Turn off the device after factory reset
- Check the checkbox
- Press factory reset and follow the procedure
- Let it poweoff
- Connect it to USB and it will power on ok
