S9B - Back in Time

Odd behavior today. Was setting up intervals for a later workout. Exited the run menu and came to find that my watch decided to go back to last Friday and an hour ahead of the actual time.
Manual sync did not fix
Started the workout and the in activity time display showed correctly. (although I did not check right away so not sure on how long it took to correct itself).
Anyways - thought it was weird and wanted to report it here in case anyone has seen similar behavior.

Wrong GPS time or phone time.
I have seen a glitch that my phone got wrong time and thus the watch. On the prestart screen it was fine.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos phone time was fine. Back to normal now just thought it was weird.
More weirdness - export to Strava and Runalyze did not include HR data whereas upload to Quantified did.
