I have only one advice for you. If you haven’t tried it yet, try changing your arm. I get much better results on the right arm (the dominant one) while I usually wear the watch on the left arm.
The new suunto bands are very very precise, but as you rightly said, they are currently out of stock, you have to wait

@Saketo-Nemo
And the first available strap is for me -
have u setted the “avaible” email alarm?
-
Has anyone an idea why the straps are all out of stock? I tried several webshops who all claimed to have the belt in stock, but all failed to deliver.
-
@surfboomerang my guess is that being made in China production and shipping has been slowed down. I bought a strap + sensor (with the new strap) two weeks ago.
-
@isazi Did you bought it in Suunto’s web store or another place…In amazon is quite cheaper comparing to Suunto’s web store.
-
@cosmecosta I ordered it from Suunto’s store.

so many times, and never received any one
-
@isazi so which one has a new design - the belt or the sensor module, or both?
-
@vr2udt
The belt. -

I received my new belt and could only test it today.
My suunto sensor was little hard to be plugged, and i can’t unplug it now .
Any tip? I don’t want to use any tool, and I may call suunto support before any hard attempt to unplug it.
Thanks, and sorry to hijack this post -

@zhang965
Durex?

@Mff73 I had that same experience with my new belt. I returned the belt (with the sensor attached to it) to the shop. They had to send it for repair because they also couldn’t remove it without damaging the belt.
-
The new belt is still made in china ?
-
@zhang965 yes.

Thanks.
The same feeling for me : too hard to remove it without damage.
I will contact Suunto. Bad luck.
