Spartan ultra keeps going into boot mode(Down arrow with the dots)

Hi guys
few hrs ago I can’t use my Suunto spartan ultra because it seems to be stuck in boot / download mode. That’s the mode the watch is in when it shows an arrow facing down and 4 dots below the arrow, of which the first is solid, the second is blinking and the last two are empty dots

Hi @sartoric yes, and everytime i rest it i have same error

Anyway I would contact Suunto support.
Maybe you need to send it to the repair guys

Hi,
eventually try to put it in shipping mode (ie watch off, and then when plugged again it will reset itself). Follow this post or search forum for “Shipping+Mode”
