 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos +1 to suunto as Garmin was able to show only 50
-
 @slashas oh! Did not know that!
-
 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos Elevation sensor is getting better but still not in the same league. I use Scosche rhythm+ for the same reason as chest strap is not confortable for strength workout.
-
 @slashas Strength workouts are very tricky with HR. I have tried a lot but not the Scosche.
 I even had issues with inEar OHR. Too much blood on the head.
-
 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos Scosche for me is the best, chest strap always slips away or I break sensor with equipment this is off topic, we should go to the lounge to discuss further this is off topic, we should go to the lounge to discuss further

 @dimitrios-kanellopoulos said in Spartan Sport WHR min HR: Just for the reference the lowest value ohr can do is 40 I think. Interesting piece of information: is that relating to the Valancell specifically? I’ve seen my Polar OH1 register down to 36bpm when I’m sleeping, but I haven’t worn that and a chest strap to validate.

 @ze-stuart yup afaik
