Unable to sync, seem that services are down AGAIN.
Sports tracker ”503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” -
@Brad_Olwin iOS 13, but I called and they told me that there are some issues with that and they are trying to solve it. They gave me instructions not to do anything.

I have the same problem since two days and can no longer log in to Suunto App and Sport Tracker.
Login to Samsung S6 and Huawei P20 stopped working.
"Username or password is wrong. If you are trying to sign in with the mo vescount account, please create a new account."bolded textIs there a common problem or is it just my account? If all the data of the last years are deleted I get a crisis!!!

New day, same problem. It looks like my account (email address) has been deleted and I have to register a new account. It can not be possible that my entire training course was deleted !!!
It is very frustrating that I can not find a solution to the problem.

With a password reset I do not get an e-mail.

I sent an email to Suunto Support 3 days ago, but did not receive any feedback, as with other requests.
Do you have any idea who to contact? I can not accept that my training history of the last 5 years is no longer findable.
Please help!!!

@zangge be patient. Last time I contacted Suunto support it took them almost a month before a first reply.

Same issue. Actually started the same day I updated app to 1.12. I emailed Suunto app support and got no response. Then I called in on 10/18 and they told me it was a known issue with no ETA for a fix. Told me I would receive an email when it was fixed. I went back to using MovesCount app to push my workouts to Strava in the interim. It is very frustrating.

I can understand that very well !!! But it is already relieved that Suunto knows about the mistake. Suunto did not tell you when the problem is resolved? I hope the problem is resolved quickly because I have no access to my entire workout history and planned training programs and routes.

Usually for these cases you should contact support. Here its a forum and we are not support people but we do try the best to help. Keeping a friendly attitude helps a lot.

I just finished my training this morning. Stop the watch and started to wait for record my training. It started to record and as you know a green circle started to turn while recording. And now it is evening and it is still turning and I still waiting for record my training.
What can I do for stop it? Am I have to wait till the battery charge finish? And what is the problem?

Thx for the big support I have found the key of success ! It’s not longer possible to log in with a email address - it’s also not my short username! I don’t know why but it’s my pre and last name without a blank!
