What you are not a geeky sport guy but a luxury boi? I have too wrists, my another hand has a mechanical watch

Con: Ascent and total ascent not that accurate as Ambit 3 and Spartan Ultra
Con: GPS+GALILEO shows a good track, but although the speed during an activity is constant it changes permanently with peaks in both directions, high and low
Con: OHR not usable while cycling or kayaking, because of false readings -

WHR -> Perhaps for those that want to know 24/7 data, although I understand that atm you can only see it on the watch which is kinda not complete.
And running sometimes at hot temps (that it works well) without a strap and having then later that tan line (Strap user here)For me the WHR cannot be a con

@zhang965 To be the āflagshipā product is no quality definition for the product itself, especially for some user groups of. Itās a marketing term. Iās not ānegativeā or āpositiveā to be the flagship product, but it has the meaning, that this is (for now) the companyās ābestā and āway leadingā product.

Of course it has quality definition, how about to call s5 as flagship ?

Of course I can use a chest belt. But my Mi Band 4 is able to show the correct heart rate with OHR during cycling. 35 Euro vs. 500 Euro.

Maybe a misunderstanding: Iām sure that each companies flagship product should have also outstanding quality, but the combination of features!!/price!/quality!! and the business orientation define for a company which product they position as their āflagshipā product. The flagship product shall tell the costumer which is the way the company is going to and which product is the manifestation of this way right now

I agree with you about you the ohr on s9 is a totally joke but itās just an option

ā¦ but built in and charged ā¦ and part of this special model which we are talkingā¦

This is not the point. A 500 Euro watch should be able to read the heart rate on the wrist as it is possible with a cheap fitness tracker.
-
Whatās the point? They even donāt put firstbeat features on s9 which is. 500euros watch , s3 5 have these features!
They donāt care

ohr on s9 is a totally joke but itās just an option
I would use ohr as an option only and would rely on the chest strap at firstā¦ at least until ohr convinced me that it is betterā¦ but with gloves skiing, I can imagine ohr meets its limitsā¦

they want you to buy the entire s-line

Why do ātheyā not care, when did ātheyā promise such?
-
So why ohr is a con?
-
@zhang965
because it works not as well as chest strap? ā¦itās not really a conā¦ itās just like the backup camera in the car that only works every now and then -
The first time(s) when I use my s9, I was shocking,
The gps was horrible
The ohr was horrible,But Iām getting more and more comfortable with it now,
bob ross said There are no mistakes, just happy accidents. The gps accuracy gives me a lot of surprises that I begin to enjoy it.
Ohr never mind, Iāll never use it.
