Movescount transfer to Suunto APP

i noticed, that the notification is still in the app.. So when I tap on the notification the connected services comes up. So far, so good. But nothing happens then. When i tap on the “back” arrow, the app closes. This might be the issue

It is true!! The option to import Movescount data in Suunto app has appeared!

I got the notification in SA the transfer from MC to SA is ready, but when I open connected services I do not see MC icon. Is this work in progress and it takes some time for MC icon to appear?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos true, I can see TP, Runalyze, etc but no MC. Notification about the transfer I got on last Friday.

@dulko79 I am asking for you.
In the meantime, if you go to the app settings at your profile and switch the country to lets say UK (wont affect the app lang) does it help? does the service appear?

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I don’t know if you have already altered something, but when I changed country to UK, restarted the app, the icon MC appeared immediately.

@dulko79 perhaps it was the app restart. Hmmmm. if you change back to your country ? (and app restart )

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I already restarted the app before with Slovenia set as country but it did not help. Now with UK as country, icon appeared, I linked the accounts and the transfer process began. I will leave it alone until it is finished.

Transfer has been completed for my activities. Yay. I have not yet checked if all is there, but I have noticed there are some duplicate activities. Will this be fixed or they should be removed manually. Thanx.

@dulko79 Same here: I changed the country from CH to Spain and could connect to MC. Then the transfer started. Strange way to start the transfer. But for a one-time procedure it’s ok. Thanks to those figuring out the workaround.
