Hello,
I am new here so not sure this is the right place.
I updated the software of the Suunto 9 before I transferred the latest activity to the Suunto app and now this run is not showing on the the app and I don’t know alternatives method to transfer it.
I tried already many times to unpair and pair again but not the reset because I am scared to lose the activity from the watch!Any tips?

It’s a known problem, if you updated firmware before synchronization, the moves cannot be synchronized into sa anymore. -

@zhang965 oh no! No way to retrieve the gpx somehow? You know… if not on Strava it did not happen: and this was my first ultra!

If I were you, I’d try synchronize it to movescount via cable
