Suunto survey in SA

I don’t really understand why its limited to language settings. We can understand english, you know, even if our language is different.

I can’t judge about your requirements for the app and web interface and I don’t know the way you want to use the Suunto services… but in my opinion, 5 topics is definitely not enough. Suunto has a lot to do. I dare to say that it would even be easier to tell what’s not necessary in MC and what needs correction rather than starting from a blank page…I made a similar experience in my company last year. The setup of our software upgrade would have been way easier this way… instead we started from zero.

I’ve submitted my ideas directly to Suunto.
Customer service is actually very good. They have a huge stack of tasks but I think this is normal during a restructuring. -

We can disagree on a lot of things but suunto is trying to get customer feedback.
