Look in your notifications in SA you should have access to the survey.
Good to see that kind of survey coming back again.
For those who are worrying Suunto is still listening to its loyal customers!I don’t have it in English either Finnish but I would like to do it.

For me it works in english. It is a nice survey, first some personal thoughts and then ranking of favourite features. I think users won’t spend a lot of time finishing the survey and Suunto will get solid feedback.

I think a decent feedback should be more than 2 lines… unless you’re wishless happyI have SA setup in english (yes I installed it again to check the progress) and it starts to become better, but I don’t see a survey…
What I dislike is that you can switch off any notification and don’t allow any background access to the watch etc but when you start the app your watch will be connected until you force the app to stop in the app manager… it should disconnect immediately after I close the app. -
@TELE-HO You could always go into details and write a long list of features. But in short survey each participant chooses top 5 favourite features, which Suunto should focus on.

I don’t really understand why its limited to language settings. We can understand english, you know, even if our language is different.

I can’t judge about your requirements for the app and web interface and I don’t know the way you want to use the Suunto services… but in my opinion, 5 topics is definitely not enough. Suunto has a lot to do. I dare to say that it would even be easier to tell what’s not necessary in MC and what needs correction rather than starting from a blank page…I made a similar experience in my company last year. The setup of our software upgrade would have been way easier this way… instead we started from zero.

I’ve submitted my ideas directly to Suunto.
Customer service is actually very good. They have a huge stack of tasks but I think this is normal during a restructuring. -

We can disagree on a lot of things but suunto is trying to get customer feedback.
