Missing records in MySuunto - still in watch log

Hi
I have three records in my watch logbook that is not uploaded into Suunto app - what can I do?

I noticed that not all activities are synced directly after re-connecting it to Suunto App.
Try to sync manually to see if that works.Tap the watch icon on the top right and then hit “Sync Now”

@surfboomerang - already tried to sync manually - no result. Also tried removing App, reinstall and sync. Still the same 3 records are missing.

Are the activities icons grey, or colored in you watch log?
Grey means they haven’t been synced before,colored means they have and (as far as I know) will not sync again -
@surfboomerang The are colored already. But they are still not synced…

If the are colored it means they have been synced. I am not sure if they will ever sync again if they are in this state. Maybe @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos knows what is wrong and has a solution.

Closing this down. From reading other posts the problem here is related to updating the watch with latest update before making sure log was synced. Also from reading other posts, if a logged training is coloured and there is no graphs anymore it cannot be synced anymore.

@thornbech not sure, but if you disconnect watch from SA, and clear cache from SA, when you create again connection, all activities in the watch are synchronized (and duplicates are deleted). NOT SURE!!!
