      Hi everyone,
just a simple question: what’s this symbol on the upper left part of the screen? The one with the value 618? I’m in trail running mode.
      Thanks.

@Mi_chael my fault for the description but I’m talking about the small symbol on the top of the value 618. Thanks.

I thought it was vertical speed, but you can always check your sports mode in the suunto app

@surfboomerang Sounds reasonable. I noticed that it increases as I go faster and goes to zero if I stop.

@General_Witt it’s heart rate in relation to your zones. Hard to tell w the white display but that is the green zone

@stromdiddily I think @General_Witt is not referring to the outer ring, but to the datafield in the upper left corner.

I checked it on my own watch and it is definitely vertical speed in m/min or m/hr.
