CRITICAL BUG NAUTIC & NAUTIC S

Found some serious bug in Nautic & Nautic S computers (report to suunto moments ago)
Nautic S log dive SOFTWARE 2.54.12
Multi tank configuration
Air 12L + transmitter n: 1
NX31 5.7L + transmitter n:2Nautic log dive SOFTWARE 2.55.12
Multi tank configuration
Air 12L + transmitter n: 1
NX31 5.7L + transmitter n:2FACTS : First and second dive
The tank NX31 was closed all the time during the dive
The tank NX31 gas was not used during any dive
Ive received alerts to switch gas during the dive but ignore it, I DIDNT PRESS ANY BUTTON, or SWITCH GAS…Both NDL & TTS show me bottom time like i was using AIR (and i was)
Check tank 5.7 L & regulator post-dive and the tank is intact with 220BAR NX31.Im divemaster with +400 dives on my belt, it was not diver error (im 100% sure) the other dive buddies they are also on AIR, and bottom time and safety stop was done together with similar safety stop time.
This is critical bug, the gas switch recommended intervene in some point at software and computer level.

@Nandodiver So this is the reply from another diver that works on Suunto ( am not so good with diving tech so just transfering whats going on)
Not a critical bug, but this sounds like some not correct configuration

If you have the gas enabled (in this case NX31) the algorithm will assume you are carrying the gas with you and planning to dive with it. It will there for suggest a gas change when a better gas is available (all dive computers do this). This is clearly mentioned in the manual (p 34). So in this case the diver has NX31 with him (looking at the size it is most likely a “pony bottle”) , the algorithm can not know if he is planning to use it or not. If it is enabled it will be taken into consideration in the decompression calculations and suggesting to switch to it.

The pressure drop can e.g. be explained if the diver has turned on the tank before dive (to check pressure) then turned it of and then during the dive partly purged the second stage at 2 different times.

We tested the same scenario and no pressure drop is happening
If you dont want the gas switch notifications, the gas should be disabled (or dive in single gas)

1- Im not bother with suggestions to change Gas (its the algorithm doing their job)
What is critical is :
2- Pony bottle gas (5.7L) was check pre-dive and closed, and during the dive remains close, and there was no purged at all during the dive.Just to make sure that we are on same page :
The Nautic & Nautic S dont display any gas switch during the dive by the diver otherwise the Suunto software would show the gas switch on the map (i think we are we clear on this)
But the decoded log show multiple gas switch, but they never happen.
Independent of any configuration, if a gas tank is closed and not used during the dive, it shouldn’t show any gas consumption.
I have analog manometers along with the transmitters, and with tank close the manometers dont move…
Saying this is not critical bug is just non-sense…

Ive send a dropbox link to suunto support with all relevant information and logs…
Can you share this specific configuration to that diver that work on suunto so that they can replicate it ?
The Before configuration was used to this dives
Nautic & Nautic S have the exact same settings…
