Is it just me? I charged the watch to 95% before bed, and it lost 10+% overnight. Cumulatively more than 25% during the 24h time. No GPS related workouts involved, actually no workouts during the last few days whatsoever

@oleksandr we have seen this, a soft reset immediately after EACH charging process fixed it (for me and my Vertical 2)

I have some battery drains on my race s. Up to 15% per night.

2 weeks ago I started a longish hike with 48% left. The watch said good for 16 hours.

After almost 7 hours the watch went in to battery save mode (resulting in doing next to nothing). Ended the 7 hours hike with 2% left and then the battery was completely depleted and the watch turned off.

I had some trouble charging it to 100% again (it took ages), but since then, battery life has been quite good.

It seems the problem is battery management and depletion of the battery and charging it to 100% resets something.

Now I have again about 5z per night and 5% per hour of gps activity.

@johann.fuehrer a soft reset? Just a reboot or or there is some special combination?

should do. the only thing I need to “fix” afterwards is the default of the torch - this resets also to white, medium intensity each reset. All other settings remain.

@johann.fuehrer thank you. Just did it, will see how it goes. Hopefully this issue will get fixed with the next update
