App / watch TSS difference

Hi,
I have differences of TSS between the app and the watch while watch showing 404 the app showing 400 I could see someone asked before but never got answer.
Any knowledge about this?

@Elad-Solomon I have checked right now and synced also, but have a difference of 2 between watch and app… no clue why.
