@André-Faria 76g weight can’t be true - thats too heavy

Yeah there is no way they tack on an extra 40g from the Run 1. Misprint or different watch.

Do we have any idea when they are going to be announced officially? Looking for a replacement of my wife’s Race S.

@OutdoorMan It would make sense if something is announced this week at UTMB, but I don’t know…

@OutdoorMan have been a few posts on Reddit that there would be some kind of announcement this week or next according to retailers that had seen the watches.

@GratefulDeadpan I hope the changes to the Race 2/2S are more substantial then the ones Garmin did on their Fenix 8/9 models 🙂

I would not wait for an announcement during the UTMB.
I don’t see the point of having a stand with the entire current range exposed to the public and making an announcement the next day.

For me the Run 2 will be available in September and Race (s) 3 on October.

@OutdoorMan this is what Suunto said in their Instagram post today. Talking about “new products”

@Tami999 No MIPS again… Garmin releases with the new Fenix 9 Pro again 2 models with MIPS. hoped for this step too with the release from the new Suunto models. Why didnt suunto do this step, too!? I think many Outdoor enthusiasts would choose a new MIPS watch from suunto.

@GiPFELKiND SR and SRs series have never had mips options, and SV1 is still on the market so far

Most likely: because many on internet are very few on sales to pay off development, certification, support etc etc etc
Garmin has other size for sure .
