      Hi all

      I did a dive today with the latest and greatest software version. SAC rate nowhere to be seen on the nautic display. I could correctly see the cyl pressure at all times. In the settings the correct cyl size was specified
      And yet nothing on the display nor on the app downloaded data. Everything else worked as expected including the heart rate monitor ( a pointless but interesting feature)
      Since I don’t really care about heart rate is there a way to downgrade the software to the previous version. I all regarding OCR diving seemed to be working with the previous software

      Thanks in advance

        @Migsey

        happened to me 1 or 2 times where the SAC rate is not available in the app, but is available on the dive computer…

        Old firmware/New firmware dont matter…

          @Migsey If you see the pressure, the problem sits in you app. As the SAC is derived from the pressure during the dive. In the beginning of the dive the SAC is - - <null>, thats normal. But later in the dive the SAC should set on an average number and should never show - -. I checked this morning with the Nautic and EON Core… they are identical…

            @hhouter The SAC rate never appeared on the Nautic screen (it only showed dashes), nor was it displayed in the app. It feels as though the calculation was never performed. This could be either a one-off glitch or a more general software bug.

            The only real way to test it is to go diving again. I may try dropping the Nautic into a tall bucket of water later and see if I can simulate a dive. With my EON Core, the only time I ever lost the SAC rate display was when the Tank POD battery was running low.

              @Migsey wrll, my dive this morning was with the new firmware and I noticed that after a minute the SAC value started high and graduately leveled around 12 / 13.

              But you have seen the tank pressure, so it simply cannot have anything to do with the POD as it only transmit. The Nautic picks up the signal and applies it’s magic with tank sizes and internal calculations. Did you check the tank size and dive mode like single multi gas in the settings?
