The fact that the Suunto RUN isn’t compatible with workouts sent from intervals.icu (or even the Suunto AI coach, for that matter) is making me consider switching to a Coros Pace 4. Any thoughts on this issue?

You could check the Race / Vertical series if that’s the only thing you need that Run isn’t providing. Otherwise, I know people who like Coros (and Garmin, and Apple, etc.) so there’s a lot of options out there.

You might ask: What originally brought you to the Run? What would you lose, if anything, by moving to Coros?

If your main feature is workouts sent from intervals.icu, then you may want to spend time on their forum to see how others have been using it and to be sure whatever you move to fully meets your needs. Good luck!

Switching watch brand isn’t like a life changing event.

By switching, you win some, you lose some. And in a couple of years you can choose again. If you want to try Coros, go ahead.

@boxwex pace 4 is an alright piece of equipment. If your main issue is structured workouts, Coros deals with that quite much better than Suunto.

            Suunto Vertical (Titanium Solar Forest)

I’m thinking of changing the watch only because Suunto run has a lot of software bugs. Of all the bugs I’ve seen, so far Suunto has managed to fix the heart rate measurement on the watch.
I’m waiting to see what we get with Suunto run 2 or Suunto race s3. Um… I left Garmin. It will not be difficult for me to leave Suunto as well.
I’m sorry, because I like the Suunto run a lot because of its looks, size and finish, accurate gps. But I didn’t experience so many software bugs when I was a Garmin user.
