Is Suunto watching this ? Do they use keyboards ? If so it would be nice to communicate about this. Is there a fix in dev or so ?
I mean I love the product itself but support seems pathetic. I think more is expected for a 500€ watch… -

@sky-runner why? idk, ask the ones that came up with this forum. But I thought it is common knowledge that it is community forum and not something that Suunto participates in.

Basically it’s a way to cut down support spendings. Why pay for support engineers when fans are willing to answer basic questions for free?
(It’s not suunto specific. Everybody does this)
