@Mikhail-D. Alarm only shows for the current day.

@Brad_Olwin No, that is not the normal behavior or how it was pre-update (says the guy with the SV1 and 9PP). It should show the next alarm regardless of whether it will occur on the following day.

This happened once before after an update (2.35.34 Q2). The issue at the time had to do with repeating alarms only. If I recall, it was quickly fixed with either a hotfix or the next update.

I have the same. Both for repeating alarms ad for one time alarms.

If you reboot the watch, the time is shown on the watch face, but after you scroll through widgets or so ething else it’s gone again.

              I reported it to Suunto.

Have to say, I have less of a need to show it on my watchface. Before this update I had an alarm for workdays, but had to disable that on Thursday eve and remember to enable it again before Sunday eve. Now I can just set an alarm for Monday till Thursday.

The glitch is slightly more extended.

I have to repeating alarms. One for mo, tu, we, th on 6:30 and one on fr on 7:00 (thank you Suunto developers for more fine grained alarm settings!!)

This morning (tuesday), while I was dismissing morning report, I noticed morning report showed the alarm for 7:00.

Have to say, I rather have Suunto working on an option to disable morning report all together than fix this bug. There is no info on morning report that I need to know first thing in the morning and now it is annoying to dismiss this useless screen every day.

@elbee I also discovered that morning report shows some random alarms 🙂 for example yesterday it was showing me the alarm time from Saturday (sure I have the alarms before Saturday too). Logical if it showed me the NEXT alarm that will be activated…

Should be fixed in next release, being currently tested.

I asked Suunto support about the status of this bug and, after initially denying any knowledge of the bug, I got this, rather strange to say it mildly, response:

“ Regarding the watch face display issue you previously reported, our internal testing has confirmed that the alarm notification icon will no longer appear on the watch face in firmware version 2.53.42.

If your watch still displays the issue after updating to this version, please provide the following information to help us investigate further:”

My experience with garmin support in the past was bad, but Suunto isn’t any better.

                        @elbee hm. I don’t fully get it.
On my watch (Vertical 2) the alarm shows properly, even if it is on the next day’s morning.

Yeh, I heard from others that the bug has been solved for the new vertical 2 and race 2 firmware. That’s why I asked suunto support.

It worries me that suunto support doesn’t know, and reacted with false information.

And it worries me even more that my race s is in low maintenance mode and it isn’t that old.

@elbee ok, got it now. Let me check tonight, if there is already an alpha or beta version for Race S, that has this one fixed.
