2026 Q2 Update

I know this might be an annoying post / question for some.
But Q3 already started today and we did not have a Q2 Update so far.
Is it getting usual that a quarterly update is delivered at the beginning of the next quarter, as it used to be done in the past?
And maybe someone can share if an update is under way (normally, next week would be about time)?

For sure it is not a law, and should not be taken as given…But patterns of the past fuel expecations for the future…
So then I wait for the next App Update. Normally after that, the watch update is also around the corner…

@Stoke80 Personally I expect the new update in first weeks of July, since it would be nice tonhave new things to try over summer. (Also not sure how much is still happening in Finland, but vacation season should be starting). But also probably not going to release new fw during Val D’Aran weekend, so maybe next week. Complete guess of course or maybe just wishful thinking hehe

Perhaps they were waiting for Western States to finish, just in case any updates messed with their sponsor’s watches?
If only they had a system where they could backup their settings and simply grab a new watch and transfer their data across…

I think this could cause confusion when reading the terrain on a small watch screen. Colours and symbols should be as universal as possible, so you can tell at a glance what kind of landscape feature you’re looking at.
