"Error with heart rate data synchronization in activity summary

Good morning,
I’m having problems with the activity summaries shown in the SUUNTO app. I do my Running and Trail activities using a Coospo H808S chest heart rate strap along with my Suunto RUN.
During the activity I can see that the heart rate is being read correctly, but when I check the summary in the app, the final 3 minutes — sometimes more — always show no heart rate data.
I’m not sure if this has happened to any other users, or if someone could help me with this
