APP not synchronising with Nautic

Hi
Three dives this weekend but none can be synchronized with the app…
I unlinked the Nautic with the app then link it again.
GPS, weather, tide, POI are synchronized but not these dives…Is there something I’m missing ?

@Ldive did you activate non-english langiage on your phone as the default language. Try to set it to english, let it sync and let us know.

I changed to english, still not working.
Uninstalled app then reinstalled (french language), that works again… -

in those cases of unexpected and unexplainable behaviour, just as wait a few hours and things start to work again step by step -

I usually use the app on my phone. After installing it on my Android tablet, the dives are indeed present but the comments are not visible (buddy, weather, etc.) even though they are still present on the phone. -
Ldive A lot of us have had problems with the app and bluetooth sync, Somehow it looks related to language settings on the Nautic and phone, i’m putting all in english and had problems with my phone when in Dutch. After setting all on english, sync works flawless. So make sure they match. Start sync and the app should give you a green checkmark almost instantly when the Nautic is near and switched on.
