Anybody knows this error while charging?

Hi there,
My Ocean shows an error while charging which ist has never rone before:
Shortly after connrctibg to the charge it seems to restart and says:
‘The device is being restored to a safe state’
After about 10 minutes it says:
‘Error 1403 SW version 2.51.28’ and ‘The device revcovered from an error’Then it seems to work again properly. I am charging on a powerbank but have done that often while travelling and that’s never been an issue.
Any suggestions?
