Vertical Steel Solar Stuck in Service Mode

I woke up this morning to my watch displaying “Service Mode” and the only iotion it gives is to hold the top button for 12 secs. That just boots me back to the same screen.
I did some googling and read about doing a soft reset by either holding the top button even long or all the buttons. Neither did anything except loop me right back to the Service Mode screen.

I have it charging and have tried rebooting, still just looping me back. I am currently just leaving it there and I will leave it charging all day while I am at work to see if that helps it fix itself.
