Disconnecting HR sensor

Hello,
when starting an activity with LiveTracking it’s not possible to measure HR from either a chast strap (Polar H10), or an optical sensor (Polar Verity Sense). As soon as LiveTracking is turned on, the sensor always disconnects - it is never possible to use both at the same time. I’ve got Vertical 1. Is there any way to resolve this?
