      Hello Suunto community.
I bought a Suunto Run last year because I didn’t want to be like everyone else with a Garmin. Watch worked great last year, but I couldn’t get it to sync recently. I didn’t care about my data so I did a hard reset. ugh!
Now when I start the watch I select ‘english’ then ‘united States’ then I get a QR code for downloading the app. I already have the app on my iphone. In my phone I click upper left to sync and it finds my watch! Booyah, but I always get an error code. I have tried Suunto link to find my watch using my desktop computer but no luck. I have done multple soft resets but same thing…QR code comes up, and I get a sync error. Any suggestions on what else I could try? Bummed out and even started looking at Garmin…again…sigh

@Travis-Kinney Did you tried to add the watch trough the app? I did a reset today and I also got the QR code but I was using the app and I didn’t need to read the QR code. I got an error message but the sync happened anyway. Suunto Run with android app.

@Travis-Kinney Try removing the pairing from your phones Bluetooth menu, then restarting the pairing process from the app.

I went under bluetooth settings on my phone and clicked ‘forget this device’ and had my phone refind the device and that worked!
