Ran a half marathon yesterday and I’ve seen a slow drop of my heart rate over the distance, although I almost managed to keep up the pace. But comparing it to ZoneSense data, you can clearly see the increasing fatigue and bringing even that lower heart rate in higher zones than usual.
Great to see in the after analysis, although I’m still unsure how I can utilize this information during the race.
