Hi, i know other Suunto watches have the option have a climbing mode which includes elevation, but does not include GPS. This is missing (among a lot of other sport modes) on the suunto run - does anyone knows if this is perhaps planned to be added? I know it’s not the target of the SR, but i fell it would be a quick win, as this is basically the same mode as vertical running, but with a bunch of different data screens. Moreover i would bet this would be more popular than actually outdoor climbing, especially when you consider the target group of the SR.

At the same time, i cannot use indoor workout, since it doesnt have elev gain and regular climbing uses GPS, so I think there is no workaround… or is there one? Perhaps anyone knows?

@megakot limited sport modes are one of the differentiating spec the Run has to other models.
If it had kayaking, it would be my only watch.

I very much doubt, that additional sport modes will be added, how easy it might seem.
