My watch notifies me if I haven’t walked for 2 hours, which is a good reminder, while I’m working at a desk or wherever I am, as long as the watch is on my wrist. But I don’t understand if I remove the watch and keep it on the desk, it still gives me alerts.
Does this watch not deign to detect moments so that it can understand that someone is sitting without any movement, or it’s on the desk without any use?
At times, it is too annoying: you are working/reading so quietly, and suddenly you hear a beep or a vibration from notifications about a walk.
Or, anywhere I can disable such notifications? I don’t want to put a watch in DND.

@withManish you cm disable the reminder in settings -> activity -> stand up reminder

@Egika Thanks for the help. I don’t know how I missed it
