Limited edition default watch face gone

I’ve just purchased Vertical 2 Titanium Limited Edition. Initially the default Vertical 2 watch face was installed but not the retro LED one. I’ve factory reset the watch and now I have the LED watch face but not the default one. Any idea what’s going on? How can I get the default watch face? Is also missing in the Suunto Plus store.

hi, same here, i had to do a factory reset to have the default retro LED watch face…
As soon as I turned on the watch out from the box, it showed the default Suunto Vertical 2 watch face (I already have another Vertical 2 registered in the Suunto app). regards

I did reset twice and still don’t get the the default Suunto Vertical 2 watch face no matter what I try. Also is not in the Suunto store. Any ideas?

@ixman Soft reset (with the 12 second-press of the upper button) or full factory reset? The latter’s what @gianky73 mentions above and what also solved the issue when I had it.

I can not test, but if you delete all your other watch faces, then the only left should be the preinstalled one!

Not with this problem. Otherwise, you’d find it in the list on the watch (I assume).

Hi, I wanted to know if those who have the Vertical 2 Limited, also have the Outback Adventure dial?

Neither in mine. Ocean and Outdoor are the only “O”.

Seems like a bug to me. The limited edition doesn’t include the default Vertical 2 watch face and also is not available in the store to download. I’ve already factory reset twice and by default I only see the retro LED watch face. Would be nice to also get the standard Vertical 2 watch face.

Exactly, I feel like saying that the Outback dial is not present at the moment, I don’t know if by mistake or by choice by Suunto, it would make sense to add it in the next updates, hopefully.
