Average speed for hiking by moving time preferred

I switched from Suunto Baron 9 to Race S. Could it be that the average speed for hiking displayed in the app’s lists is no longer calculated and displayed based on moving time, but rather based on total time? Can this be changed? I would like to have consistent behaviour with my historical data. I also find the method unintuitive for long hikes.
